Preferably Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with related additional qualifications/training and having minimum 12 years/8 years/ and 5 years in the following areas in Crane manufacturing Factory like:
Vehicle architecture, Aggregate selection and Superstructure Design, power train, driveline selection.
Super structure detail design and aggregate localization.
Vehicle Integration DMU analysis with defined criteria.
Vehicle and Driving performance calculations (Heavy vehicle, Truck crane)
Design and development chassis-mounted aggregate & peripheral systems.
Development of Pneumatic components, Concept to Detail Design of Pneumatic components mounting brackets.
Design from basics and following well established scientific & systematic approach.
Have experience in all areas of R&D and Product development via Conceptual design, detail design, analysis, DFMEA, Simulation, Prototyping, Field testing, Durability & Reliability testing. Design & development strategy for new products, Conceptual designs, Guiding technicians during the different phases of product development considering life cycle needs of product.
In depth experience in preparing concept design, layouts, detail drawings along with Bill of Material as per latest IS standards, EN 1200 & GD&T, EN 12999:2022 Standards etc.
